Before joining Templeton, Sol was Education Program Manager at the Middle East Institute and held program leadership roles at Sidwell Friends School. His career began in service, including a term with AmeriCorps VISTA.
Sol has a particular knack for building the systems that let a small, independent school run smoothly, from admissions and enrollment to the day-to-day operations that keep families informed and the building working. He lives in Washington, DC with his husband Carl and cat Fez.
